I was really disappointed with the lasagna I ordered—it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. It looked like it came straight from the supermarket freezer, and when I cut into it, it was still partially frozen in the middle. The taste was really unappealing, like something I wouldn’t even feed to my cat. Based on the photo I took, it didn’t even look like it had real meat in it.
On top of that, the bathroom was in terrible shape. The smell was awful, and the floor was completely wet. Since the sink is outside, it’s hard to imagine that was just water—definitely not a good impression.

Read moreIf you are in Lake Como, you should absolutely visit Krudo for a craft cocktail and great Italian food. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable about spirits and specialty cocktails, and the food is phenomenal.
The Ragu with Bolognese and fresh pasta is a must. The beef tartare was very good and is delivered fresh each day. The pasta made fresh and the Caprese salad was awesome. The bartenders really know how to make a good cocktail, and the atmosphere is great with indoor and outdoor seating.

Yes, whoever tells you whatever, it all comes down to its location, and working hours. At the end of the day, tourists don't care much about food and stuff like that, for them, it is about making nice photos of their trip to/holidays in Como.
