A Fantastic Find in Como: Great Beer, Great Vibes, and Burgers That Demand a Return Visit! My colleagues and I stumbled upon Il Birratrovo purely by chance after having dinner elsewhere in Como. We were actually searching for a place showing the Eintracht Frankfurt football match, and luck was on our side – Il Birratrovo had the game on! We immediately settled in to watch. What a great decision that turned out to be. The atmosphere in the pub was absolutely fantastic – lively, welcoming, and perfect for enjoying a match. We were thoroughly impressed with the beer selection; the quality was truly outstanding. While we didn't eat (having just come from dinner), we couldn't help but notice the food being served, particularly the burgers. They looked incredibly juicy and delicious. Honestly, if we hadn't been so full already, the burger topped with a fried egg and bacon would have been an instant order for me – it looked phenomenal! Il Birratrovo made a superb impression. It's clear they excel at creating a brilliant pub environment with excellent beer. Based on how amazing the burgers looked, we've already decided that a return visit is a must on our next trip to Como, specifically to try them. great place to have a cold one, or two ... not only do they serve great beers on tap, i would actually recommend their really extensive collection of bottled beers - all of which you can try right there! even the most accomplished beer experts might not have heard or seen - not to mention tried - some of these brews. italians are, for some weird reason, not known for their beers. but given their love and devotion to good food and wine, nobody should be surprised that there is also great beer in italia, right!? and did i mention the friendly service? if they are not too busy, they even let you try before you buy....

A must visit if you appreciate draft beer and great ambiance! We were immediately greeted by the barman and got a hearty welcome. He passionately explained all the different types of beers they have on tap. Great service and very knowledgeable staff. We felt very comfortable from the moment we entered. My husband tasted couple of beers and was not disappointed! I had couple of nicely crafted G&T prepared by care and love.
