Read moreStay away. Went here over other places based on reviews. Ordered Quattro formaggi to go. Waited 10 min for it. Left. Got down the street opened my box and it was prosciutto and mushrooms. Went back and was given a pizza that looked like a bowl of soup. The entire top of the pizza was floating. It looked nothing at all like the mouth-watering pictures that made me choose this place. I asked the guy if they could cook it longer, he said it's not his problem. He said that's how it cooks. I asked a couple of locals if thats what their pizza normally looks like they both said no. I waited about 15 minutes for the pizza to finally stop floating and you can see from the pictures what it looked like. It was soggy. Undercooked. It literally rolled into a ball and nothing stayed on. The bottom of the pizza was so thin the liquid was seeping through it. Hard to believe you visit Italy and this is the trash you are served. I felt intentionality taken advantage of because I am a tourist. Oh I almost forgot to mention the paper that was baked onto the cheese. Nice story for me to discuss about my food adventures...
Read moreDespite it’s OK, AVERAGE tasting pizzas, the experience of actually getting my order was abysmal. I ordered pick-up on the app, Deliveroo. When I went to go get it, the guy said I didn’t send them a message to confirm. First of all, what? I’ve used Deliveroo and never have I had to intentionally send a notice to a restaurant to confirm my order. He then proceeded to tell me that if I had ordered directly from them, they would have had everything ready right away…. Unfortunately, I continued to wait for my order since I already paid through Deliveroo. We all know pizza doesn’t take hours to cook, right? I waited so long that I finally decided to contact Deliveroo myself to request a refund. Apparently, they called the man inquiring about my order, and as soon as they did that, he came out with my pizzas so hospitably I thought I was talking to a completely...
