I went to this place to eat. After a beautiful day in Como. I got attended by a boy first who explain everything really well, then we got a girl, she was like in a hurry. We explain that we weren’t going to order all courses because it was too much food to eat. Then we order main course, 30 seconds later we ask her about a plank with jam and cheese, and then she told us that she was sorry but the chef already got our order. Then again we asked for the name of the plank and what was on it, then she said the name and we didn’t understand, the she got and attitude like “hello that’s the name”, so I thought, don’t you wanna sell more, don’t you are supposed to answer all my questions? I think she wanted us to leave or she is not up to this job. I think the place was nice but with that kind of treatment I would take my money some place else.

The food was alright; it wasn't anything special, but it was simple, decent, and not overpriced. However, the table service tip (?) seemed quite high for the amount of food and the restaurant's overall experience. It included only bread before the pasta, which can be filling if you eat too much. I would rather not have it at all. While I wouldn't say I was entirely dissatisfied, the restaurant was just okay. There was nothing particularly exceptional about it, honestly. The atmosphere was just okay, with people around, but it seemed the waitress paid more attention to busier tables than to ours. Overall, the food wasn't outstanding, but it was good enough for the price. We were looking for simple Italian pasta, and it met that expectation. I would say it's an alright place—not amazing, but good enough to recommend.

Overrated, over priced is sadly the best way to describe this place. The service was all over the place, it was very crammed, the staff were mostly friendly enough. Sadly the pasta dishes were a let down flavour wise, decent portions the two gents had the XL portions which they didn’t need as the portions were decent. The amatriciana was pure salt and very acidic a little sweetness was needed and the bolognaise ragu was bland and in my portion as you can see not enough ragu was provided. That said the seafood casserole was delicious apparently. The caponata wasn’t even cooked through with al dente veg. Sadly the worst food in 5 days.

Okay, so to start off the review, we had an absolutely lovely waitress, she was friendly, helpful and kind. However the first problem arose when I got my clam pasta, the clams themselves had more shells than actual sacs, I was very disappointed. But the service from the young lady was so nice I was willing to overlook this, especially since my partner really enjoyed her food. So I was going to leave a reasonably positive review or not one at all. But then a much older man who was either a waiter or a supervisor, maybe even manager. Came to take payment for the bill. He, without saying one word, held out the card machine, did not even look at us, said thank you to other customers leaving beside us, then took payment again not saying a word. After payment was made he then just walked off, not one thank you, or even acknowledgement. We have been in Italy for one week now and been to countless restaurants, cafes, bars, and much more and he was without a doubt the rudest man we have yet encountered. We spent €70 here and regretted it after the lack of actual clams in my dish and far worse the extreme rudeness of this old man working there. We will never return and recommend others go elsewhere. Which is unfortunate as the two waitresses were truly lovely, whereas this very old fellow who works there was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I want to thank the two waitresses for being kind and lovely, and hopefully the owner will chat to the old fellow about how his behavior towards certain customers he does not like, for whatever reason, is jeprodisring the restaurant and dissuading return customers. He should learn some basic manners and customer service. I work as a barista and I would never in my life act the way that he did, the way he acted insulted both me and my girlfriend and ruined our meal. I will emphasise once more, the waitresses were lovely but this old man who works there was rude, inconsiderate and insulting in the way he acted. If anybody does choose to go this restaurant, I pray he acts better towards you than he does to us, and more so that the owners have a good chat with him and make sure he doesn’t act this way to future customers for the sake of their business and for the sake of not ruining other...

The restaurant itself is very nice, with a nice interior and a slightly quieter location. The food was really great, we ordered two pasta which were really good and we could not fault. However the customer service was lacking- there were 3 members of staff, 1 who appeared to be a manager and 2 young servers. The manager appeared to try and find any job that meant he didn’t have to talk with customers despite it being very busy. 1 of the young servers was very proactive and helpful. The last server however was very poor - on observation he would just walk or stand about doing nothing despite many people waiting to be served, people were waiting up to 40 minutes after their main courses were taking away just to have to call him over and ask for a desert menu themselves and when you could finally get his attention and ask for the bill , he would walk off and do other things and come back with the bill 10 minutes later. It seemed that only the 1 server wanted to actually talk to customers and the other two would avoid your eye contact when trying to get their attention. The food was amazing however tonight’s...

Be aware: this is not an Italian restaurant. This is basically an Olive garden, which is probably why we were the only non-Americans in there. Food was ok if a bit overpriced, considering it was just pasta. What was completely outrageous was the service, though. We were lured in and seated on a shared table with another couple, which was ok for us. We wanted to have a relaxed dinner, we ordered aperitivos, a bottle of wine, starters... But from the first minute, the staff rushed us to order and get through our dinner in order to give the table to other guests ASAP. This might be a standard procedure in the US, but it certainly is not in Europe, let alone southern Europe. We felt really uncomfortable, and after we paid and the owner obviously walked around our table for the third time to let us know we were not welcome there anymore, we left with a really...
