It's such a pity that such a delicious ice-cream is sold by such a rude woman! I never received such a bad customer service in my life!!🥺😲😣 I wanted to enjoy an ice-cream while having a nice walk by the lake. I asked for two scoops of icecream ( Mango & chocolate), i asked the woman who works there in a very polite way: Can you please put the Mango scoop first and then the chocolate on top. becouse i wanted to start with a sweet taste, and then end it with a sour taste. She said: Not possible!!! I said: why? Then she asked a colleague of her with a loud voice as if she was disgusted : Explain to her why we can't do that!! so he explained to me that mango can easily melt before the chocolate. I said : ok, but i still want to have it that way. She got angry and kept repeating: Not possible!! Not possible!! She didn't allow me. So, i had to choose something else, and couldn't enjoy the ice-cream i wanted to have. Since I am the one who is going to eat the ice-cream, not her, then why does she bother if one scoop is going to melt faster than the other?!🤯 What if i would have ordered 2 scoops of just Mango instead!? What in that case, would it be impossible too?!🥴 Besides, I eat my ice-cream very fast which never allows it to melt. People go to have an ice-cream to enjoy and feel happy, not to get their life complicated.🤕 I really recommend such people like this woman to find a different job, but definitely not to sell ice-cream! People who sell ice-cream should be gentle, caring and polite😊🙏 they should be as sweet as the icecream itself 🤗🍦 Instead, she acted like a boss of an insurance office who is asked to pay an uncovered claim😠. I guess she could put all the rules she wanted if she worked in law, insurance, administration offices.. but not put all these rules and restrictions over two scoops of icecream! Come on!!🤪🤔 I really recommend the owner of this shop to reconsider if they would like such an employee to sell their ice-cream. She made the shop loose a good client. I'm staying for vacation in Como for a month and i used to go everyday with my son to this place, but not anymore🤷♀️ Becouse it's more important for me to receive a nice service and not to ruin my mood over an ice-cream😇. this is how one employee can ruin a great business...
