Maison Et Cadeaux — Local services in Como

Quite poor customer service in my experience, and questionable quality of what they sell. I bought several items. One of them I realized was faulty as soon as I got home, and when I went to get it changed they told me it was my fault. After I told them several times I didn't even use it, they agreed to change it under the comment "let this not happen again". What? That you sell me something I can't use??? Furthermore, today another one of the items I bought became faulty. What excuse do they have for the poor quality? I will never set my foot in there...

Excellent merchandise, very reasonable prices, one of those shops where you want to buy everything in there, but I wouldn't look like it all came from...

In una domenica, dove tutto a Como era questi chiuso, abbiamo trovato con il mio ragazzo questo negozio. Noi arriviamo da Milano, dove c'è di tutto e di piu ...e che dire che siamo entrati incuriositi e abbiamo comprato tante cose , dalle ciabatte , alle calamite, e in più abbiamo comprato un aeroplanino orologio, e abbiamo promesso che l'avremo appeso nel negozio del mio compagno a Milano e così e!
