TASTE GRILL PAK INDIANO — Restaurant in Desenzano del Garda

I would not recommend this place and advise you to avoid it if you can. We had a very bad experience, customer service was awful. The person serving us didn't have any customer service eticate.

1-Didn't greet or welcome us 2-When we placed the order he started ripping us off by saying this is only one portion and also passed very inappropriate comment that if we have been to Europe before or have we come directly from Pakistan to Italy - As these are standard portion sizes in Europe. (Just for context we were two families with kids lived most our lives in Europe one family from UK and one from Sweden).

3-Also, you have to buy everything separate rice, nan bread nothing comes with the mains.

On top he charged us more, as we were with kids and tired from the days activity we didn't pay too much attention and trusted the guy and were charged 12Euros extra which we realised after. We only orderd 3 mains and eight nan bread bill should have been 48Euros not 60. Receipt attached.

Okay, so, going to this place was worst decision of our group. From staff to the food everything was a nightmare. I feel gutted when I think of choosing to have dinner at Taste Grill. We could have gone to a basic pizza shop instead and have it roadside. The staff was rude, they were not willing to explain the portion size whilst we were ordering. Also, passed derogatory remarks when we questioned their tiny sized portions for triple the price. The food was below average. Tbh tasteless. Charged us for things we didn’t even order. This happens when dodgy people are running a restaurant. I little note to the guy who was looking down upon us: bro, we could literally just show you where you belong to in a second. I recently dined at Pak Indian Restaurant Desenzano Del Garda , and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming ambiance set the tone for what would be a memorable meal. The decor is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern elements, creating a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere.

The menu is extensive, offering a wide range of both Pakistani and Indian dishes that cater to all tastes. We started with the Seikh Kebabs, cheese Naan, which were crispy on the outside and perfectly spiced on the inside.

The service was exceptional as well. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to make recommendations.
