The rudest men serving I have encountered ! I’m English, I do my best to use Italian thank yous ect I asked for the first coffee as it was listed on their advertising screen , was corrected by the server in a very dismissive way about the pronunciation, the second drink I was asking if I could have a longer latte coffee , he told me off very loudly, MILK you want Milk I explained again , he told me what I should have asked for said this is Italy and then proceeded to turn to the guy nxt to him to mock me and raise his eyes in the air ect and was clearly very annoyed. The coffee was literally banged down on the, counter and good job cups only half full or would have gone everywhere , but I noticed he banged down everybody’s coffee. One of the drinks I was gives was an American I and I said , this is not my order showed the receipt, they then had a discussion about that, so then the Americano was banged down in front of the correct person ! Eventually got my correct order. I have worked with the general public all my life and I understand how frustrating it must be all the different languages, but I’m sorry you have to expect that in an airport. Read moreWe went to grab a couple of Italian sandwiches from Illy before our flight back to the USA. The attendant at the front (bald guy) swiped our credit card and told us it was declined. He swiped again, declined again. He gave me a receipt that said “connection error” NOT declined. I called my credit card company who said it wasn’t declined and we were billed twice - with no food. I went back to the attendant to resolve the situation and he yelled at me stating that it wasn’t his problem and refused to reverse the transactions. We paid $50.56 USD for food that we never received. To make it worse, we were yelled at as if it was our fault? What in the world? Such a horrible experience and reflection of awful...

She ignored me completely so I took the glass from the counter myself and took my medicine. She then told me I should not have took it and gave me dirty looks. Then I asked what is wrong, she said it is not possible to take this. I find it extremely unethical and rude, especially because I am the costumer, already had spent money and I kindly asked her to give me the cup in the first place. Ruined my experience.
