It's 6am. They probably just opened everything.
The airport staff of 20 is getting their morning cafe before the doors open. Then 100s of first fliers are doing the same.
The gentleman was taking food and cafe orders. Throwing sandwiches in the toaster oven (not microwave thank God) guiding me to the left bar to get my coffee.
Taking other orders tracking sandwiches and serving a long line.
The solo barista was pumping out cafes and the third bussing helping and getting everything done.
It was quite impressive. These are hard working people who didn't have a sour attitude to be serving us at 6am.

10 negative stars!!!! THE RUDEST PEOPLE WE'VE MET IN 2 WEEKS OF TRAVELING IN EUROPE! 4 "witches" were talking instead of serving customers!!!!! Only one shorter girl was working, preparing food. We, and several others, waited for 10 minutes for any of the idiots standing 4 feet away to recognize the fact that we were asking for food! Then the head girl in the picture ignored us while we were trying to pay, so long that my food got cold!!!!!! She was 3 feet away!!! Seriously?

Very rude barista. Threw away our receipts which we thought we needed to get the slice of pizza we ordered. Fortunately, the barista told us the receipt was mute and that we could obtain our pizza by simply asking at the counter, even without a receipt.
Barista's English was not sufficient and I did not receive the double shot cappuccino I paid for. My Google translating skills were also not sufficient and "two shots" did not convey 😥.
