Moka — Restaurant in Fiumicino

We put our stuff on the counter while a cashier approached us.. she yanks our stuff off the counter and brings it to her coworker to the next register.. says something to her coworker while sounding annoyed and visibly upset. I ask her what the problem is and she responds (yet again very annoyed) "the cashier is not open, here open".. So this time I got unfriendly and asked her what her problem is and if she can't talk and act like a normal person and if it's that hard to talk to a customer normal and inform them that the register is closed.. she looked at me disgusted and started to talk about me with her coworker right in front of my face. I don't understand Italian that good but I do know what "pazzo"...

Cappuccino was delicious. BUT THAT IS ALL. There was a little old lady who was very unfriendly without reason. Then she shouted bad italian words while there was another fat younger woman who looked at us and was laughing. The old grumpy woman was again looking at us and saying again terrible words. After the coffee we came back and I spoke to two males who work there also (a younger one with beard and an older friendly one). I told them what happened and they apologized. The older man was very friendly since the beginning. When I asked them if that old lady is every day like that it looked like they were afraid to confirm it. As a former barista I can tell you that their gorgeous espresso machines are more than capable to pull a ristretto shot.
