We visited Roti Café in Florence ,craving authentic Sri Lankan food since we don’t get to enjoy it often in Malta. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The owner greeted us with so much kindness and even went out of his way to prepare quick snacks on our request, despite them not being available .

What touched us the most was the owner’s hospitality. he treated us like family. He even offered, if time permitted, to show us around the city. That gesture alone reflected the genuine warmth and generosity of Sri Lankan culture.

"One of the Best Sri Lankan Meals We've Ever Had!" We traveled all the way from Lucca to dine at this incredible Sri Lankan restaurant in Firenze, and it was absolutely worth it! This is our second visit, and the food continues to amaze us. Today, we indulged in the Deviled Beef, Mix Rice, Mix Kottu, and Idi Appam Kottu – each dish was an explosion of flavor. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the freshness of the ingredients shone through. The service was also fantastic. Our server was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent recommendations.
