First impression is this is a busy pizzeria with a fun/modern vibe. We came on a Tuesday night around 8:30 as a party of three and although it was it busy, we were sat right away. They let us know they had a reservation at our table and we had a little over an hour to dine, but we appreciated them squeezing us in. The service was quick and efficient making the time limit not an issue. They have so many pizzas to choose from, but they make suggestions which we appreciated. We ordered the bufala e capocollo, miss purple, and a glass of red wine. We really enjoyed the flavor of both pizzas and the crust was nicely fluffy and we didn’t feel overly full when we left. One thing was the red wine wasn’t the best, but that’s okay. The prices were very fair, so the place has great value. I would highly recommend trying this place if you want...

Let me start by saying I do not usually like pizza and I have tried lots of pizza as my husband is obsessed with pizza. But I absolutely loved the taste, texture, service and ambience at 400 Gradi.

I had the pumpkin, burratta, basil, bacon, olive oil pizza and it was heavenly! The crust, which is my least fave part of pizza was insanely light and delicate, it held the ingredients and then melted away. Honestly, the perfect combination of creative ingredients. My husband had Black Mamba (truffle - it was great, but I could not get over my pizza’s awesomeness. Great price. Service was attentive and friendly, outdoor seating on a quiet street under large patio umbrellas....

We visited this place for dinner with locals, so our expectations were quite high. The restaurant itself is small, with decor that feels a bit mismatched and confusing. Unfortunately, my Aperol Spritz arrived disappointingly weak, though the staff did top it up with more Aperol when I asked. The potatoes were underseasoned and needed a touch more salt.

The pizza, however, was the highlight – a perfect balance of fluffy dough and top-quality ingredients that truly delivered on flavor. Sadly, the evening ended on a sour note when 2 out of 4 desserts arrived with a hair in them – a major disappointment that overshadowed an otherwise...

Aiutate i commercianti a crescere e migliorarsi...
