Premetto che fra le mie competenze professionali Ăš il controllo qualitĂ  nelle strutture ricettive e aziendali. La mia esperienza in voti: Pulizia 10 Pulizia Bagno 10 Servizio 10 QualitĂ  del Panino 10 Proprietari del fare e si vede che amano quello che fanno e il famoso aforisma di Walt Disney cade a pennello per loro: "Qualsiasi cosa facciate, fatela bene. Fatelo cosĂŹ bene che quando la gente lo vede fare vorrĂ  tornare a vederlo di nuovo e vorrĂ  portare altre persone per mostrare loro quanto bene fate quello che fate". Continuate cosĂŹ. Tu puoi avere un ristorante/hotel/attivitĂ  a 5 stelle ma il motore Ăš sempre anima delle persone che traspare attraverso l'etica della gentilezza ed eccellenza.

Very very very tasty sandwich, fresh pastry, you must try the one with straciatella cheese (creamy). Fantastic owner with a great personality. Will definitely return when we come back to Matera some time in the future.

Tornagusto is the perfect place to have aperitivo or sandwiches to take away. Delicious local products, everything is cut and prepared upon request to ensure a delicious and fragrant service. I wish I had pictures of our paninis, but we could not resist the smell and ate it straight away ! And trust me, every bite was a pure bliss đŸ„Č Sadly it's our last day here but I will definitely keep Tornagusto in my books and recommend this great place to any of my relatives that would come and visit Matera !

The best sandwich I had in nearly a month in Italy. I still think about it. It was that good. Given the number of choices I was happy for the English menu. My wife had sandwich envy. The owner and staff were great, the weather less so. Dropped 1 star add it was so popular there was limited seating due to large groups of students and a large family group (note to self 1pm school gets out and students descend...
