Very bad experience… they charged two bottles of coffee without asking us for size first. And gave no receipt and refuse to acknowledge the order. When we asked, they finally made one and refused for second bottle. When we showed the credit card charge, they give the second one of much smaller size. The lady at cashier seems to have no memory of order taken just one min ago. And there are five staffers there with poor attitude. Would NOT recommend this and u can get better...

We asked for a banana and strawberry smoothie, along with a berry smoothie. both drinks tasted like water. the workers just stood and spoke with each other until we had to say something in order for them to take our order. both of them were huffing and puffing, it didn’t seem like they were happy working there. only nice thing is the fact that this place has places to sit outside right in front of the duomo. don’t come and waste...
