Overview: Amorino, nestled in the heart of Milan’s historic Brera district, is a gelato haven that beckons with its vibrant flavors and artful presentation. As you step inside, the sweet aroma of freshly churned gelato envelops you, promising a delightful experience.

Flavors to Savor: Limon: A burst of zesty freshness awaits in the Limon gelato. Tangy and invigorating, it’s like a sun-kissed lemon grove in every scoop. Coconut: Transport yourself to a tropical paradise with each spoonful of creamy coconut gelato. The natural sweetness and smooth texture make it an irresistible treat. Mango: Bursting with the essence of sun-ripened mangoes, this flavor is a refreshing escape on warm Milanese days.

Must-Try Classics: Hazelnut: For nutty indulgence, the hazelnut gelato hits the mark. Its robust flavor and creamy consistency are a match made in gelato heaven. Pistachio: The pistachio gelato, with its vibrant green hue, is a crowd favorite. Nutty, slightly salty, and utterly addictive.

The Piccolo Experience: Don’t overlook the Piccolo size—it’s perfect for those who crave variety. With space for up to three flavors, you can curate your own gelato adventure. Mix and match to your heart’s content!

Atmosphere and Service: Amorino’s cozy ambiance invites you to linger. Whether you choose to enjoy your gelato indoors or take it to the nearby Brera District, the friendly staff ensures a pleasant visit.

Verdict: Amorino is more than a gelateria; it’s an ode to the art of gelato. Whether you’re a Milan local or a traveler passing through, this sweet spot promises a scoop of happiness in every bite. Remember, gelato at Amorino isn’t just dessert—it’s a delightful journey through flavor. Buon...

I came to Amorino excited to try their famous gelato presented in the shape of a flower — that’s what makes this place special. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. As it was my first time visiting, I asked one of the staff members for help choosing a flavor, and she responded with visible annoyance, as if I was bothering her. That already made me feel unwelcome.

Then, when they served my gelato, the flower shape was poorly done — rushed and sloppy — and I politely asked if she could fix it so I could take a photo, as most people do. She refused and said, “I can’t help you,” without any interest or effort. Even worse, she refused to refund the order, despite the fact that the whole experience had been ruined.

Thankfully, a kind Italian man stepped in, spoke up for us, and argued with her until she finally gave us our money back. Honestly, the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff completely ruined what could have been a lovely experience.

What’s even more upsetting is that this kind of behavior damages the reputation of the Amorino brand — and worse, it reflects poorly on the image of Italian hospitality. As a foreign visitor, I felt completely unwelcome, and it’s sad that these employees treat tourists this way. If the service doesn’t improve, I can’t recommend this place — no matter how nice the...

THEY ARE CASH ONLY. Ok now that that’s out of the way, this Amorino is much larger than the one at the Duomo and has some little benches to sit on outside. You pay at the counter first and if you want the ice cream with a macaron make sure to specify that. You can get as many flavors as you want but I chose my standard strawberry and pistachio with a chocolate macron. Everything was excellent in my opinion. The macron was soft and not chewy, the gelato tasted fresh and not sugary and the presentation was beautiful. Yes it is more expensive but (5.80 for my pictured gelato) but you are paying for presentation, 2 desserts (macron and gelato), flavor, and location. Taking all of that into consideration I think it’s a fair price. I will definitely be back with my family in tow because this is not only a great gelato but is also...

Servir sorvete, fazer waffle, cafĂ©, cobrar, limpar, servir! Contudo, recomendo!
