Cinc — Restaurant in Milan

I went here with 3 friends to have an Aperol before dinner. The place and location is great, and I can't complaint about the waiter service (as I'm reading in a lot of reviews). However, all 4 us agreed that this was the worst Aperol Spritz of our life. Not sure what went wrong, but there was significant soap taste in all of our Aperols. Maybe something went wrong? Maybe they didn't clean them with water? Based on the other reviews, this could be a one time mistake but unfortunately it happened. It required a lot of dedication just to finish the cocktail. On top of that, the little sandwich we received was far from fresh, felt like eating leftovers of the day before, so no bonus points for that

I went there with 4 friends and ordered 4 premium drinks. A bit later our 5th friend came. He has been told that he had to have a drink as well. Our friend didn't drink alcohol and so he asked for water. They told us that consumption was compulsory and he had to drink alcoholic beverages. It was a weekday and almost midnight, the place had only two tables. We explained that our friend does not drink and in case he can have a tea or coffee rather than an alcoholic beverage. Siam tornati da Cinc dopo 1 anno e abbiamo trovato una qualità che non ci aspettavamo: sia il servizio che il cibo non sono all'altezza del passato del locale. Panini mezzi vuoti (mentre prima erano abbondanti). Essendo febbraio, abbiamo deciso di pranzare all'interno del locale ma la grande porta del locale era spalancata, per cui diventa difficile mangiare senza giubbotto persino dentro. Abbiamo chiesto al cameriere se era possibile chiuderla ma ci ha risposto che non poteva perchè doveva fare avanti ed indietro con i tavoli fuori (ha portato fuori solo 4 cose in un'ora). Inoltre i nostri piatti sono rimasti pronti in un angolo del locale per 10 minuti perche lui non si è accorto che erano pronti e che ce li avrebbe dovuti portare al tavolo quando eravamo gli unici clienti all'interno del locale. Pranzo alla ghiaccio, cibo di media qualità e non saziante e prezzi medio/alti (esagerati per i panini mezzi vuoti). Da notare che quando abbiamo detto, dopo aver pagato il conto, che mancava l'ingrediente principale in un clun sandwhich, ci è stato prima deto che era impossibile e che la loro ricetta prevede una crema al posto del pollo. E poi ci hanno offerto un caffe come scuse, che comunque abbiamo rifiutato. Lo consiglerei solo a chi vuole chiaccherare in compagnia sui tavoli fuori con un caffè o un drink. Il servizio non è tra i più cordiali, anzi, ed i menù sotto rotti ed usurati ed il divano interno su cui ci si deve sedere è tutto rotto. Inutile a dirsi, non ci torneremo per un bel...
