I found this place from the fork. It is not far from the hotel where I stay. We arrived around 7.30pm and the restaurant was quiet with few patrons. A DJ was playing nice music there. The restaurant has a very modern decor and brightly lit. It gives me a lively feel. We ordered 2 tapas, a veal taco and fried trout potato balls. Both the tapas turned out to be very delicious. As we are small eaters, we ordered another pasta to share. The fusilli cacio e pepe con pepperino which translates to fusilli with 4 peppers was surprisingly very tasty. I believe the cream sauce has some goat cheese and the Rosa pepper gave a very unique flavor to the pasta. This is the first time we tried this pasta and were very happy with the dish. We settled for Tiramisu for dessert. The liqueur in the dessert is pretty strong but overall I find it so so only. The service was fast but gotten slower when more customers filled up the restaurant at a later part of the night. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for its food...
Read moreHad dinner here after checking into InnSide Hotel after a full day of traveling. A quick search for the hotel restaurant had some good reviews for lunch. Lunch may be better than dinner. The dinner menu only has tapas, but the lunch menu in the hotel elevators showed more balanced meals. The food tastes good; however, it was expensive for the quantity. The tapas portions are very small per order. One of our tapas was a grilled eggplant, but it was only 1 quarter of a small eggplant. We cut it in half and had 1 bite. Between 2 people. That is 2.5 euro per bite! Little did we know, with a 5-10 minute walk down the street, there are several restaurants with good Italian food and good prices. The atmosphere at dinner was also strange because there is a dj at the door. Seems like dinner is...
Read moreWent there for dinner. Positive: baby chair available.
All other points are rather disappointing. The waiter was slightly overburdened although the restaurant was almost empty. Water was served very quickly, the order was taken with one dish forgotten (got it after a little clarification afterwards). Got the food but no cutlery or napkins. asked for a fork and got one fork - my wife needed to ask for a fork additionally instead of bringing us both cutlery straight away. Food quality is rather below average - looks ok, tastes not that good. The carpaccio was quite cold as if it was taken out of the freezer.
In total - not worth the money. Please provide some basic gastronomical education...
