We decided to have breakfast on-site, and it turned out to be a major mistake. We ordered sandwiches, juices, coffee, and yogurt. It took them a whopping 40 minutes to serve us because, surprise, they didn't have the sandwiches on hand! Instead of admitting this, they waited for someone else to fetch them from another location. Common sense dictates that if something isn't available, don't sell it!
Our service was courtesy of a very thin, brunette woman, who seemed to think she was a model but delivered a dreadful experience. Arrogant, rude, and downright nasty, she crossed all boundaries. To top it off, when it came time to pay, she tossed my card on the counter. Clearly, they need staff that understands the basics of customer service.
Despite the subpar service, I must acknowledge that the sandwiches and coffee were good. However, the yogurt with cereal was nothing short of a joke.
In conclusion, if you're keen on avoiding terrible treatment, I would strongly recommend finding another...

I asked for a latte macchiato (4€) and this is what I got. In an italian restaurant… There was no sugar offered or on out table, we just got some from another table ourselves. Indeed, the coffee did not neer it, but I feel like a self-respectable restaurant/cafe would still ask about it. I do not know if this is how the servers act in general or if it was a problem that we were foreigners/ tourists, but we were treated quite bad.
