Venturing into this bar for what we thought would be a quick coffee, we found ourselves in an unexpectedly memorable situation. The bartender, who revealed himself to be the owner, greeted us not with a smile but with shouts in Italian, asking what we wanted. Initially caught off guard, we couldn't tell if he was joking or genuinely irate. It soon became clear that this was his unique way of engaging with customers – a gruff, seemingly angry demeanor that, surprisingly, had us in stitches. His off-the-wall approach to hospitality turned what could have been an off-putting experience into one of the most memorable parts of our visit to Milan.

Esperienza pessima e atteggiamento razzista

Alle 10:39 mi sono presentata in questo bar con un amico. Abbiamo consumato regolarmente, pagando ogni bevanda al momento dell’ordine. A un certo punto, io e il mio amico ci siamo scambiati qualche bacio, nulla di eccessivo, semplicemente effusioni spontanee e romantiche.

All’improvviso, il proprietario è venuto a interromperci, dicendo che nei luoghi pubblici non è consentito baciarsi. Gli ho chiesto il motivo, visto che non c’era alcun cartello a riguardo, e mi ha risposto dicendo che è una “nuova legge italiana”. Gli ho quindi chiesto di indicarmi l’articolo della Costituzione che vieta i baci nei locali pubblici, ma ovviamente non ha saputo rispondere.

Mentre io chiamavo la Guardia di Finanza e lui la Polizia, ho spiegato la situazione a un agente, il quale mi ha confermato che non esiste alcuna legge del genere in Italia. Nel frattempo, il proprietario, al telefono con la Polizia, ha sottolineato più volte il fatto che io fossi africana e che il ragazzo con cui ero fosse sudamericano.

A quel punto, l’agente della Guardia di Finanza mi ha detto che potevamo recarci in questura per denunciare il proprietario per diffamazione, e così abbiamo fatto subito dopo essere usciti dal locale.

La Polizia, nonostante la chiamata del proprietario, non si è mai presentata, e questo la dice lunga sulle reali intenzioni di chi voleva semplicemente cacciarci dal locale con una scusa ridicola.

Really rude gut. I don't knownif he is the owner or just a worker but horrible treatment...super rude twice. The second time I told him to be kind with his costumers...he started a verbal fight and yelled at me any kind of things. Avoid this place. It's not worth if to enter a bar order a coffee and get insulted for free. There at at least 20 reviews like mine stating the guy was super rude so I won't take it...
