EssenzaSushi — Restaurant in Milan

Fantastic food! I dropped into EssenzaSushi in a hurry, looking for some decent food to take on a long train journey to Paris. I was not disappointed! I grabbed the rainbow box and the protein box (my partner needed lunch too), and it was some of the best food I've ever tasted. It was all super delicious and really colourful too. The boxes contained a great selection, and the rainbow box even had some sweet sushi for dessert. I'm not a big fan of traditional sushi, so I don't usually eat it, but this vegan sushi experience changed everything for me! The man at the counter was also super helpful. He explained what was in the boxes and gave me a copy of the menu, which lists the contents, to take away. Another thing that's super helpful is that the sushi are boxed up ready to take away immediately, with chopsticks and napkins provided in the box. Perfect takeaway food. Couldn't recommend it...

Wow!! What an incredible find-

This was incredible- we walked miles to get there and omg it was worth it ! Firstly the staff (all of whom are vegan ) were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, so knowledgeable- they explained things to us clearly and concisely.

We basically ordered everything on the menu and waited while they got it ready , they were meticulous in preparing and packing our order to the highest degree.

Absolutely sensational flavours and tastes, such inventive and awesome combinations.

The sweet dessert sushi is quite simply out of this world ! Yes a touch pricey but it’s Milan and a small business and worth every single euro. I would order from here every week if I could. Highly...

Appena sono arrivato, esattamente all'orario di apertura della domenica, stavano giusto finendo di decorare e confezionare il mio ordine, quindi tutto il cibo era freschissimo. I diversi pezzi sono tutti buonissimi, diversissimi l'uno dall'altro, facciamo davvero fatica a trovare il nostro pezzo preferito, ma ad esempio il nigiri con la melanzana marinata è entrato di prepotenza tra le cose più buone mai mangiate!

Grande menzione d'onore per il packaging: salsa di soia, zenzero e wasabi sono riposti in piccole confezioni di cartone all'interno della box, ben fissati. Ho guidato 1 ora per tornare a casa e il sushi si è mantenuto benissimo e senza danneggiamenti per via del trasporto.

Acquistate 2 box medie Tasty e Rainbow e 1 box small Protein, per un totale di 42 pezzi. I prezzi sono nella media di qualsiasi generico sushi di pesce milanese se non addirittura più bassi in alcuni casi, con la differenza che qui la qualità si sente davvero, oltre all'enorme ricercatezza del menù. L'ennesimo esempio di come cibo vegan/vegetariano non sia caro come si vuole far credere.
