Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended Our experience at Fairouz was, unfortunately, very disappointing from start to finish. First, the food quality was noticeably poor. Dishes lacked freshness and flavor, and overall felt low in quality. Portions were extremely small, leaving us unsatisfied. The service was slow and inattentive. We waited 35 minutes for the shish tawook, which only arrived just before we were about to leave. When we expressed our frustration and asked for it to be removed from the bill, the staff refused, insisting we take it home instead, we were charged!! As for the food itself: •   The pita bread was dry and nearly inedible—the worst I’ve had. •   The tabbouleh tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. •   The fattoush was poorly prepared and lacked freshness. •   The hummus was the only redeeming dish. •   The baba ghanouj was served in a tiny portion and had an off-putting texture, as if it had been over-blended. •   The okra pieces were overly large and impossible to chew. •   The rice was overcooked, sticky, and clumped together. The only positive aspect of the place is its interior décor, which is well-designed and visually appealing. Unfortunately, that alone isn’t enough to justify a visit. If you’re looking for a quality dining experience with good service, I strongly recommend staying away from this restaurant. We certainly won’t be returning.

This lovely restaurant was supposed to open during the pandemic and had a long stop... but I waited eagerly and with great expectations. these were Absolutely met. We had z vegetarian menus plus 2 dishes a'la carte. Everything delicious, the ingredients extra fresh, the delicate Mediterranean taste of tomatoes, olive, basil, lemon, mint, chick peas... delicious. Bread was freshly made and plentiful but we didn't lose a scrap. Desserts were sublime with these butter cookies that melted in my mouth. 2 vegetarian menus, 2 dishes, 3 bottles of water came to about 80 E, I know it sounds pricey but it's not for the amount and quality. the ambience is lovely, very taste fully decorated with Lebanese colours and furniture. Why not 5 stars ? The service was excellent, they Allowed us to stay with our 2 dogs and a nice and very professional young waiter explained each dish with care. They fell a bit at the and because we had finished, and were left with dirty dishes for over 40 minutes with noone looking at us. When the manager finally came he was a bit stressed. I think they might need an extra waiter! No problems. Lovely lunch!

The Food is not authentic, the flavours have been Europeanised to the point of being bland. Portions are tiny. We paid 2 euros extra for a shatta sauce that was only pounded chillies. It wasnt even a sauce. After having eaten amazing Lebanese food all over the world and in other parts of Italy. This place was a let down. If you have never tried ethnic food and have no spice tolerance then it maybe ok. Only the falafel was decent. Luckily the bread was warm and fresh. Thats about all that was ok. We ordered the Halloumi Pizza but they brought us a plain cheese pizza claiming that most people dont like the tomatoes, olives or zaatar on it. If I wanted a plain cheese pizza then that is what I would have ordered. But despite being super popular the food doesnt live up to the promise of its beautiful interior.

We were a group of 8 people and booking was for 21:30. We waited in line for 20 mins , then table was allotted. After 30 mins the waiter came to ask. We asked for tea but the waiter said, its gonna be served at the end. We took 5 menus. The food came at 23:00 at the end. The menus were missing many things. At 23:30, we asked for the tea but the waiters were no where to be seen. At the end at 23:50, a manager came to ask us to leave and take our sweets for take away. We were given cookies like dogs. Then we had to wait for paying the bill in line for other 20 mins. So 21:30 till 00:30. Like what the hell. This is the worst experience of going to a restaurant in Milan. I dont think anything can compensate it. There are other small lebanese restaurants in Milan. If you cant serve 250 people, they why let them in. It is like a jungle. Imagine the...
