Avoid this restaurant at all costs – waste of time and money with terrible service and rude staff.
Our evening in Milan was completely ruined by shockingly poor service. I ordered the 15 Euro combo special, and was advised that I could choose the vegetarian pizza however, since it wasn’t a part of the special it would be 2 Euros extra so I agreed. When the pizza arrived it was missing ingredients, and when we asked for it to be fixed, the waitress, Carolina, came back to say that the chef refused. I stated that this was not right as they were charging 2 euros extra but left ingredients out. So I returned the pizza as the rest ate.
Midway through my friends meal, our waitress, Carolina, came to tell us we needed to pay. Which we told her we will do once my friends are done eating as we planned to order more drinks or see what else I could eat. A few moments later, a different waitress (no name given), short, Asian and with glasses came to our table, abruptly told us we had to pay immediately because “certain tables need to pay when they sit down.” Moments later, she was shouting at us as we told her we will pay once my friends were done eating. This waitress was interrupting me while I was speaking and pointing her fingers in my face, stating that all restaurants in Italy require payment before patrons eat. Completely incorrect, we dined at various restaurants that weekend and none of them required this. She proceeded to slam the bill on the table, shouting “JUST PAY!” and claiming there was no manager when we asked her to please bring the manager if it’s an issue. We proceeded to ask the tables around us if they had to pay before they ate and they said, no.
After storming off, a third waitress (no name given, but was helpful) appeared and we explained to her what happened and asked for the manager. She was polite, but came back with the same answer of there not being a manager. I expressed my concern regarding the pizza with missing ingredients and 2 euro extra charge. This waitress advised that the image on the menu is just a picture and the pizza won’t look like that. How does this make sense? If an ingredient is listed on your menu and on the picture, the establishment should honour this. We eventually packed up after staff repeatedly refused to let us speak to anyone in charge, and the waitress who shouted at us conveniently “went home” when we had asked for her to come apologise.
We asked for the manager 5 times and every time we were met with an excuse. It is highly unlikely that there was no manager on duty on a Saturday night during the summer tourist season. We could also clearly see that the waitresses kept going to report to their manager who not once came to sort out the issue. Instead they hid the waitress away who treated us so appallingly. Not only that, the bartender was shouting and swearing at us, telling us to leave.
We only wanted an apology before paying, but instead of taking accountability or rectifying the appauling behaviour, they sent security to intimidate us and pressure payment, we then explained what happened to the man named Adam, he said they are aware of the rude waitress’s behaviour and “they promise she won’t be there the next day”. To make matters worse, the bill had multiple errors and had to be corrected three times during this entire back and forth, only to still overcharge; making me pay in full.
Our other friend was also charged extra for her sides even though it was supposed to be included in the combo deal. They conveniently removed the board with the specials when we challenged all of this.
When an establishment messes up, the right course of action would be to try fix the problem. Instead your staff chose to shout, intimidate, blame and treat us as if we were in the wrong. This speaks volumes of your work culture and the calibre of people you employ.
Appalling behaviour, complete lack of professionalism, and zero respect...

This restaurant has an amazing atmosphere, which was what initially drew us to it when we walked pass earlier, but unfortunately our evening in Milan was completely ruined by shockingly poor service.
