I had homemade orecchiette alla barese (9 euros, absolutely delicious) and two sides (sautéed broccoli and sautéed mushrooms). The service is fast and the portions are generous. The restaurant serves plastic-bottled water (the only flaw, if I must find one), so I chose hot water with lemon, which was not added to my bill. Which we ordered. When the food came, the pizza was the first thing we tried. I guess I could say the pizza was great after all. The flour was great, it was thick with the sauce. More importantly, the people here make the experience something that you remember forever. We were recommended a high end restaurant by our hotel… ordered a couple of glasses of wine, an appetizer and an entre….. I don’t care that it cost 100 euros….
