Definitely worth a visit - this is my favourite leather goods store in Milan. They carry a good selection of accessories; everything is locally made, very tasteful and classic but at the same time unique. I wouldn't say the prices are "cheap" but it is well worth it when you consider that other stores nearby are selling typical "me too" brand names or lesser quality items made in Asia for more. The owner/designer was there when I was shopping and she was able to answer all the questions I had about the products, which was fantastic.
If you are in Milan, go here on your site seeing route!
I can't wait for their online store to open; hopefully they can maintain the same quality...

Would definitely recommend this place for visitors to Milan!
