First of all, let's talk about the raw gelato: I had 3 flavors of this type of gelato (which is actually not a real gelato...): pistachio, salted cashew, and mango. Well, if we talk about the texture, the cashew and the mango ones were good, but I didn't really appreciate the pistachio one. It was more like a frozen pistachio crunch cream. It was good but it was not a gelato. Second point, I didn't really get the idea that medium size gelato and big one - it's the same cup size, just for the big one, you get a bit more ice cream and a third flavor (which was put with a scoop on the top. Didn't get the point. Yeah, I get a bit more ice cream, but I don't want it to be made with a scoop, as it contradicts the idea of the Italian way to serve the ice cream. Third, I don't really understand why it isn't it possible to propose three flavors for a medium cup. In case you want to take 3 different flavors, you are obliged to pay for a big cup (or cone). It doesn't make sense because for a small size ice cream, it's also 2 flavors as for the medium one.
And the most negative point was that I almost got robbed in the store! So watch out when you come there! There was a girl who came to the store and approached to our table with sort of paper that she put directly on our cups we drank from (my phone was also on the table) and tried to steal my phone like that. Fortunately, my friend noticed that at the very last second... And the stuff didn't say anything at all. They saw that she was not a customer and wasn't going to be a customer. And it was obvious that she was disturbing us and came either to ask for money or to steal something, but there was no even a single action from the stuff to do something in this situation. And I'm doubting that it was the first time they saw that girl there. That's really impressive... After that experience, I definitely won't be back to this place. It's...
Read moreI would give this shop 1000 stars if Google allowed it! ;) I wish Iâd discovered this place on our first day here. I visit every day (sometimes twice!). Iâm vegan and love raw food. Iâd read in the reviews that they have raw vegan ice cream, but I didnât expect raw vegan cakes and cookies, too. They were absolutely gorgeous and tasted even better! I tried to taste each one, but I didnât have enough time. I still have some cookies from them at home, and I'm trying not to eat them all at once. This place is heaven for people who care not only about animals but also about their health. âOut of the Boxâ made my trip to Milan so much more generous,...
Read moreThis is by far the best gelato in Milan⌠and belive me I tried A LOT of gelato shops. This has remained my favourite from the first time I went there. You canât tell that it doesnât have processed sugar or artificial ingredients. I highly recommend the raw gelato. The qualititative, natural ingredients make a big difference in taste. You can feel all the different nuances in every flavour. I feel that the value for the gelato is fair. Also the variety of flavours and products is quite big considering its mission for non artificial or processed...
