Lovely design, and the food and cocktails were tasty, though a bit expensive. All of the staff was polite. However at some point 4 people came by, and sat at an empty table (place was mostly empty too). The owner (an elderly man) was very rude to them, telling them to get up and sit at another table because that was "his table." They complied politely, I wouldn't have done the same in their place to be honest. We had already sat down and were eating at this point, if we had seen this earlier we probably would have left or not sat at all. It was extremely rude and unprompted.

Seconda volta che che vengo a Milano città bellissima, ma incorreggibile. Il ristorante oltre che essere all'esterno, tutto aperto, stretto, non confortevole perché freddo, e con i tavoli appiccicati. Il personale davvero molto, ma molto, maleducato, inefficiente. Il cibo schifosi, ma scgifoso da non poter davvero far capire quanto!!!! La tartare era marrone e compatta come se fosse una scatoletta del cane. Ci hanno portato tutto insieme, piatti caldi e antipasti perché dovevano fare veloce. Sapete cosa mi ha risposto la cameriera quando ho fatto presente che avrei voluto mangiare prima l'antipasto? Che non era mica scritto da qualche parte che dovessi mangiare prima quello e che quindi potevo mangiare il primo e poi l'antipasto, comunque entrambi immangiabili. Insomma io penso che questo locale, sia buono per fare bevute, forse, non per mangiare, ma neppure per stasera comodi e tranquilli. Spero di avervi fatto capire in sunto quanto questo locale sia davvero da evitare!!!!!

Un désastre! Service approximatif et très lent une attente interminable entre chaque plat (1h30 à deux...), alors qu’il y a myriade de serveurs! Gros problème de compétences (Diego c’est pas fait pour vous ce métier....). Nous devons réclamer 2 fois le pain et la confiture (oubliés...) au final 4 demi tranches de pain sec 4 mini pots de confiture et une seule petite cuillère ....!.Les pancakes sont froids et durs et le sirop d’érable est remplacé par du sucre glace....bacon desséché. Charcuterie peu goûteuse. Café tiède. Risotto totalement raté (un comble) riz trop salé et pas assez cuit. Les mini viennoiseries sont bonnes (ouf...) et le tiramisu final aussi. Un seul WC mixte....et un courant d’air glacial dès que la porte d’entrée s’ouvre. Sale très bruyante avec une climatisation sonore! Un seul serveur qui se démène et qui parle anglais (....) et qui a un peu sauvé la mise....!

Extremely rude owner. Have ordered a set and was working on a laptop, the place was almost empty. He came yelling and slamming the table telling us we cannot be working here unless we order (which i have already told him i did). He He kept yelling for us to ‘get out’ and moved our personal belongings without permission in a very aggressive manner - I was scared he was going to push us physically. I have NEVER EXPERIENCED this before i was actually very scared by his level of aggression. I felt lucky that other girls at the table helped me by telling him that ‘this is not how you treat a customer’ but he still kept pointing at us and telling us how we need to pay for lights and seating for being inside. We have already ordered our food so we were not just free riding either. This behaviour was so unwarranted.

Underwhelming experience. Nice place but questionable service. It took a long time, basically everything went wrong. Our drinks did not come until we almost finished the food we ordered. We ordered a mixed plate (cheese and meat), we’re brought a plate with few small cubes of cheese, the rest was meat only. As I am a vegetarian, we had to insist on being brought an actual mixed plate. When the unmotivated waitress returned, she brought back the exact same plate with little changes. Also, no one served us the standard variety of snacks that was brought to all other tables, until we asked. We come here for studyin with computers all the time. But today we were with my friends and this old man (thw owner I guess) came to us and very aggressively throw our water bottle at us and smashed his hand on the table told us to leave if we don’t eat anything, though we ORDERED 4 meals already but he chose to be rude to us.
