We went to celebrate my mothers 60th with the whole family. Were greeted by this waiter to the table of 6 and after 20 mints walked up to us providing the worst service ever. Upon asking him to help us order some appetizers, his replies were rude, Irritated, he got our order wrong bringing us oysters instead of scallops that were asked. Wine was never served to my father even if we ordered and we found it in the bill. We never check the bill but seeing his terrible service, we made a point infact they charged us in the bill the wine glasses never served. The food is really really good but after paying 400€ we had the worst ever evening and will never come back. There are a lot of other amazing sea food restaurants in milan with the same quality of food but youll get top class service from the waiters so not recommended at all. Will...

A must-see for lovers of good food in Milan. Some friends reported this place to us and we went to join them. The location is a concert of wood paneling and fabric tablecloths. Appropriate glasses for wines. Here they found us a table next to our friends and immediately comforted us with an excellent Cuvée Cà del Bosco, a sparkling white wine from Franciacorta... which already made us happy. Having already dined in a previous restaurant, they offered us desserts made by the expert hands of Chef Ernst Knam: a trio of three chocolate mousse, a dark chocolate mousse with red fruits, a tarte tatin and a millefeuille. Mi dispiace se la mia recensione è da una sola stella, ma Google non consente di darne zero. Oggi la prendiamo sul ridere, ma a cena abbiamo pianto.

L'aspetto peggiore di tutta l'esperienza - motivo per cui non ci torneremo mai più - è il servizio. Anzi, il disservizio: camerieri con mascherina abbassata che corrono come pazzi, inciampando di continuo nei tavoli e nelle sedie dei clienti, che cercano di propinarti i piatti che vogliono e - soprattutto - che fanno qualsiasi cosa in modo frettoloso, scortese e maldestro.

Che sarebbe stata una serata da dimenticare l'abbiamo capito già quando il cameriere ci ha portato il pane, perché l'ha letteralmente lanciato sul tavolo, facendolo cadere a terra dal cestino, per poi rispondere "Ops!" e andarsene senza raccoglierlo e senza portarcene altro per tutta serata. Stessa dinamica con il vino: aperto in tutta fretta facendolo cadere nel piatto e sullo smartphone, versato direttamente all'uomo senza chiedere chi avrebbe assaggiato, poi riposto di fianco alla donna con battuta "facciamo lavorare un po' anche lei stasera".

Per il resto, pesce stracotto, gamberi e calamari gommosi (tanto da farci pensare che fossero surgelati) mentre, per quanto riguarda i primi, uno era strapieno d'olio e l'altro... non pervenuto. Perché il nostro cameriere ha chiesto ad un altro di portarci il piatto, che però l'ha servito al tavolo sbagliato, e quando gli abbiamo fatto notare l'errore era troppo tardi per andarselo a riprendere, quindi l'ha dovuto rifare. Il cameriere si è scusato dandomi - letteralmente - una pacca sulla spalla. Risultato: mentre uno mangiava, l'altro guardava. Il dolce, invece, evitiamo di commentarlo: la foto all'affondo della forchetta parla da sé.

Se eravate a cena nel locale lo stesso giorno, probabilmente il nostro cameriere ha affondato un dito nel vostro dolce: perché, per non farci mancare davvero nulla, ci ha portato una forchetta sporca con una bella manata di cioccolato e, quando abbiamo chiesto di sostituirla, il cameriere se n'è andato tutto scazzato, l'ha pulita con un tovagliolo e ci ha riportato la stessa forchetta!

PS: Prezzo onesto per una cena di pesce, ma non abbiamo potuto leggere il dettaglio perché alla cassa non ci hanno dato lo scontrino: se ne saranno dimenticati? Nel dubbio,...
