Panino Giusto — Restaurant in Milan

We ordered our food from the screen at the entrance with my family and then entered the restaurant to sit down. One of your staff members quickly approached us and told us that we could not sit because the screen was only for take-away orders. I ordered from the machine since everyone was ordering from it and then went to the tables which they were empty btw then the cleaning lady rudely screamed at me in Italian that i cannot sit here even though i have already ordered from this place a sandwich worth 8€ not just that she pointed and bar tables were in the front for me to sit in like it wasn’t enough she came to they guy handling the takeaway orders telling him something and pointing at me i told here don’t worry i do not want to sit...

Esperienza da dimenticare, attratto dal cartello aperitivo con tagliere a 7€ con 1 euro per la seconda consumazione, sono entrato perché il servizio al tavolo non c’era , le signore prima di me alla cassa dopo aver richiesto un San bitter come aperitivo e visto che erano in 3 ma vi era disponibile solo uno , se ne sono andate ... alla mia richiesta di 2 calici di vino rosso e quale potevo scegliere .. c’è solo un vino rosso .. non finito chiedo il tagliere x 2 visto che siamo in 2 e mi viene detto che il tagliere non c’è ma c’è il solo vegetariano, una ciotola olive verdi di bassa qualità,una ciotolina di pomodorini confit , una ciotola di salatini e una ciotola di ricotta non fresca con olio e pepe che ho dovuto mescolare perché la parte superiore era rinsecchita.... dopo il primo bicchiere chiediamo alle 19.05 il secondo bicchiere di vino ma ci viene dato solo un calice di Rosso perché la bottiglia era finita, e un calice di bianco ( sul bancone alle spalle della cameriera c’erano altre qualità di vino rosso in bottiglia che potevano essere aperte ) alla richiesta di un tagliere dì qualcosa altro da poter mangi, ci viene detto che la cucina chiude alle 19 perché il locale chiude alle 20 ... e quindi l’unica possibilità è scaldare qualche panino già pronto oppure una pizzetta picco che non ci viene neppure tagliata perché lei non può farlo ...... CHE DIRE ...NULLA MA LA DIREZIONE DI PANINO GIUSTO CITY LIFE DEVE CAPIRE CHE COSÌ NON VALORIZZA NE IL BRAND E NEMMENO...
