My family and I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE in this place. Our waiter was extremely rude and inhospitable. She would not talk to us properly when we had questions and would respond very vaguely.

The waiter had ZERO customer service skills and served us with 4 plates when we were a group of 8 people. When she was “serving” our food, she would drop the plates aggressively. At one point, she literally dropped the plate of pizza on to the hands of one of the people in our group.

She also kept clearing our plates when we still had so much food and drinks on the table. What kind of waiter would clean up a table when people were clearly still eating? This did not just happen once but MULTIPLE times throughout our meal.

We also felt that she was talking behind our backs to her co-workers and all her co-workers were also laughing along with her. The atmosphere was so bad when we were just trying to enjoy our food.

When we asked where to pay, the waiter said “over there” without any clear direction on where to go and proceeds to join her colleagues to ridicule our entire group.

When we left, we shared our sentiments that we found her very rude and that we would not recommend and come back to this place. When we went out of the restaurant, she purposely came out, called for our attention, just to FLIP US OFF with BOTH fingers and SHOUT THE F WORD.

We’re tourists and it’s our first time in this area and we really just wanted to have a good meal so we are VERY disappointed with the blatant disrespect and rudeness that we encountered with this waiter and the entire staff, since everyone else tolerated her. What a terrible experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Tried to find a table to sit and relax for 15 minutes,staff seemed friendly at first then they stuffed us into a table with other costumers that seemed bother (understandably) being all pressed together like sardines,coffee was an astonishing 2€ per person!!! And we even had to take it ourself since the staff was busy trying to get other costumers outside,then after just 10 minutes they wanted us to leave due to other invisible costumers reserving the table,did not aspect that from an Italian restaurant,if you are reading this I suggest you to go to a real Milanese bar, out of the downtown area,way more welcoming and with an English...

It took them about 20-25 minutes to take our order and then waited another 40 minutes and our food didn't come. The waitresses just kept walking around our table and peeking their heads out to look at our table like the food was going to magically appear there, after about an hour of waiting for our sandwiches to come they never came so we just left. It shouldn't have taken them that long considering all we ordered were pita sandwiches. In the time we were waiting there I could have got a job there myself and made the sandwiches. EDITED: YOUR WAITRESS MUST HAVE POCKETED THE 4 EUROS WE LEFT...
