Well the only thing I could say is that I have never walked into a restaurant that has had the worse service, manners or food quality. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I have been a fanatic of sushi for many years (over 30 years), I have eating sushi not only in the USA but through out the world and I can only tell you I have never been so disappointed. Where do i start, lets start at the beginning. We walked in and after waiting for a while the hostess asked if we were sure we wanted sushi? I thought, if we were not sure we would not walked into the establishment. She kept insisting until we were finally seated upstairs. The waitress took for ever to take our drink order, once we finally received our drinks (30 minutes later), another 45 minutes to take our food order. Once they brought the food out my kids were confused with what they order and what was brought to them (after all they have been eating sushi since they were toddlers). They took a few bites only to have the waitress rush back to tell them they brought them the wrong plates. This is were it gets interesting, we saw the waitress take the plates that were sampled by my children (she knew they were sampled, as we notified her) and delivered them to another table. We were amazed to say the least. After another 20 minutes we finally received our food, we ate the food do to the fact that we had just arrived from a long trip from Venice. After paying, we headed downstairs towards the exit, only to be stopped by the manager, we thought it might have been an apology for what we witness or for the long wait for the food or drinks, but we were shocked again, as she rudely asked us "if we had paid our bill?" We all kept our composure and I responded, "no matter how bad the service is, or how below standard the food might be, we always pay our bill and tip".

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

** I hope this will assist them with training as well as correct food...

Complimenti a lei! Ci...

Great experience! The restaurant is very nice, distributed in 3 floors. The most beautiful one is the underground one, where you can listen to live jazz music. The ground one is beautiful, with a lot of drawings, colours and decorations. The sushi is good, with a lot of dishes that mix tastes (sushi with banana, strawberries and things like that). Of course there are also more traditional sushi, but if like the traditional ones you should go in a different restaurant. I tried also the poke: it was the first time, I really liked it but I have no terms to compare it, so I will update my review in the future. There is no all you can eat, and prices are about 8-10€ for 6-8 rolls: at the end of the dinner you pay about 30€ per person, so as a traditional sushi. Cocktails are good, well...

Excellent place to have a Brazilian and Japanese fusion meal. The restaurant identity is very clear through the whole menu and all of the names are in Brazilian. There’s a few items that are really unique such as banana sauce and plant-based Salmon. Prices are excellent for being at a such good position and they seem to care about sustainability as we were served with no plastic and with refillable water bottles. A few things can be improved such as: - space for sitting, which was really tight and close to other tables - the bathroom were not clean at all - better translation on the menu

The Place was closed. Strict limiting opening hours 👎 We came around 11:30h and saw beautiful outdoor ambient with greenery and wanted to have some fresh drinks and brunch before catching the train from Cadorna but they didn’t want to serve us even the drinks before the “opening”hours at 12h. We won’t be coming back. I don’t see the problem in serving just drinks, not that we wanted sushi before 12h. Good luck you have a nice ambient but opening hours represent a big limit. It’s Italian thing in general that most of the places work just in time for lunch and dinner. Their loss 👋

I did eat here on November 2024. I am a loyal customer of Temakinho as I usually have lunch/dinner at this restaurant chain in other locations as well. Food quality is good. Staff and service are ok. You can pay here with all credit cards (including American Express) and also using your lunch vouchers (Ticket Restaurant). Prices are a bit high but considering the quality of food and the atmosphere can be justified. I appreciated a lot Temakinho commitment in reducing plastic waste and evolve towards full vegetables options whenever possible.
