Ristorante Imbarco 10 Fish restaurant — Restaurant in Milan

I consider this place one of the high end seafood restaurants in Milano, a really special one with excellent menu and service but yet not found by tourists as you find the diners are Italians families and friends dine there and I consider it a good sign, anyway for starters I recommend to try their octopus dish with the olive oil sauce as it was spectacular they also have a raw fish menu which is good to try, we had a lovely lobster pasta for our main course which was a minimum of two orders which was really fresh and fantastic, for dessert we tried the crème brûlée that I don’t advise to have because it had a weird flavor from the burned surface but the caramel gelato was good, overall a good restaurant for a...

We booked to go there last Friday while on a trip to Milan. The seating areas was spacious with comfy chairs. The food was very fresh and tasty. The service was even better, the waiters couldn't do enough for you. One waiter appeared to be the head waiter he explained everything we had to eat and where the ingredients were coming from. We shared a mixed seafood fritters and a risotto each and a couple of drinks each and the bill came to €90 which we think it was good as it was a birth day's treat. Exemplary food. Perfect example of letting the produce speak for itself. Octopus cooked perfectly with a tomato and olive oil dressing that complemented rather than overwhelming the subtle seafood flavours.

Service was attentive, perhaps a touch intrusive, but no issues. Wine recommendation was good but limited because of my Italian deficiency.

It was a quiet night and the background music was just a bit much, but on a budget night, it would have not been noticed.
