I have been a loyal customer of this pizzeria for years because of its amazing pizza. In the past, I visited many times and always had a great experience. The staff members who helped me before were always kind, professional, and attentive, and I truly appreciated their excellent customer service. However, during my last two recent visits, I noticed a significant decline in service. It seems like they treat customers differently based on whether they perceive them as tourists, which is quite disappointing—especially since I am a local resident of Milan.
While one of the staff members, a young woman with red hair and a nose piercing, is generally attentive, she appears to pick and choose who she wants to help. During my last visit, I was waiting in line, yet she decided to assist someone else who arrived after me. Then, when her colleague finally helped me, she did so with zero customer service, as if I had done something wrong by expecting fair treatment. At the very least, an apology would have been appropriate instead of a fake smile.
The older woman working there, whose nationality I am unsure of (perhaps Ukrainian or Russian), is even worse. She seems to believe that yelling and fake smiling is an acceptable approach to customer service. Unfortunately, she does not realize that working in a pizzeria—especially one representing a brand—requires a respectful and professional demeanor. Her rudeness is unacceptable, and I strongly believe she would benefit from proper customer service training. On top of that, she appears visibly annoyed when customers speak English—mind you, this pizzeria is located in a highly touristic area. It is baffling that someone working in such a location lacks the basic communication skills needed to accommodate international guests.
While I still appreciate the quality of the pizza, the poor service has made me reconsider returning. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the overall customer experience, as this place once had an outstanding team that made every...

Italy is great in August. In other times of the year too also.
In fact, Im doing a whole north to south tour of italy right now, hitting up all the major cities.Iv been travelling for about 15 hours today (not in transit necessarily, but the actual door to door from house to hotel). And I was so hungry (also take into account that I’m a massive foodie and a strong cook). I was so excited to find a restaurant for my first night . But maaaaan, I no longer need a dinner. The food was cravable and satiating. The Carbonara Suppli The picante pizza slices The marinara and mozzarella...
Read moreTerrible taste and Terrible service.. I don't know about this place but even after heating the food was cold and very poorly managed. And while other customers were there, one african-italian(i assume) server slipped the whole tray of pizza then all staff just laughed about it. Moreover, this server didnt ask whether I was going to pay cash or card and just ond-sidely told that I was couldnt pay with card. (I asked whether it is like this in all Italy and he said yes, which I highly doubt). Please educate your server to have better attitude and I absolutely have no plan of coming back ever. Not recommending this place at all-while located in the middle of International tourist place, he managed to conveniently forget to ask...
