The chef seemed to follow the mask regulation but there were three other men in the kitchen not obeying mask regulations and exhibiting unsanitary behavior. The manager came in and started yelling, without a mask, at the chef while he was preparing food.
The other man in the kitchen was chopping vegetables but the mask was down on his chin.
During all of this, a man from the restaurant across the street entered the kitchen area. He was not wearing a mask. He put his uncovered hand in the pickle jar and took a pickle out and ate it. The manager then gave him a cup of hummus and the man returned across the street.
