Servizio veramente al top, trovo che il locale sia gestito molto bene, nell'ordine e nella gentilezza verso il cliente, è sempre pulito e lo staff è davvero cordiale e disponibile. Il locale ha musica bassa, luci soffuse che portano un mood rilassante e calmo, così come i divanetti super confortevoli. Offrono servizio di shisha, thè caldo tipico e cocktail davvero favolosi!! Possiedono differenti gusti di shisha, che viene lasciata poi da gestire in autonomia per il carbone, ma la preparazione è davvero ottima e per qualsiasi aiuto sono preparati. La ragazza al bancone prepara dei drink davvero fantastici, io ho lasciato a lei l'intera scelta, sia sul dolce che sul quanto forte, e davvero è stato spettacolare, tra i migliori quattro bianchi mai bevuti prima!! Super complimenti, spero di tornarci presto.

Asked to change charcoal after an hour with the shisha. Guy said ok and never came back. Asked another female staff again. And she said ok and never came back. Observed the staff were not busy and mostly hanging out with their regulars.

This place is not recommended for people new to the area. Plenty of other shisha places around the area with more comfortable seats and better service for first timers...

Wonderful place very friendly staff , Mustafa is professional with great customer service. We have been coming for 3 nights in a row and we feel so welcomed. Very beautiful atmosphere with chill music. Will miss this place and the workers, can't wait to come back. Hooka is best, great packing, able to smoke more than 1h and flavor does not burn at all. Don't hesitate to show up at shisha bar rotani...

Excellent customer service from the staff that work here and very accommodating. The shishas are well prepared and the prices are much cheaper than other places we checked. They have outdoor heaters to keep you warm during this cold weather. They have food options from 2 different restaurants (Palestinian and Lebanese). I would...
