I’ve been a fan of sushi for more than 10 years and now let me tell you, this is one of the worst sushi restaurants I’ve ever been to. I was with my family there and took the “all you can eat” option and the waiter told us you can order as much as you like every 10 minutes for 28 EUR per person. and you can even re order your drink(soda). Every plate we ordered was tasteless and they put very little amount. We left a couple of dishes we couldn’t eat because they are really tasteless. The staff are really helpful and polite except for the cashier who was rude, she was yelling at us to pay for the food we didn’t finish and was shouting with aggression and as soon as we told her we couldn’t eat all of the food because of the poor taste she called the police because we didn’t want to pay for the extra charge they put on the bill which is 50 EUR extra. 1/10 experience. If you were a professional and knew how to run a respectful business and restaurant, you would KNOW that u must inform your guest about all rules necessary regarding your menu, not being cheap and sneaky and waiting till the guests are done with their food to inform them that they must pay for unfinished food even though you SHOULD’VE informed them at the same time you were telling them you had an “all you could eat” option. I only came to you and asked why should I pay for all you could eat and then you replied with “I will educate you”. YOU started being rude and disrespectful towards us even though we showed nothing but kindess and respectfulness from the beginning. Instead of being on here replying to me, lying and being unjustifiably rude, go take a course on social skills and how to run a business while having some dignity and...
Read moreProbably the single worst sushi restaurant in Milan, if not Europe. The sushi rolls were made poorly and rice was falling off. The fried dishes were either over fried and brown, or just chewy and rubbery (like the vietnamese rolls). The yaki udon tasted like ketchup. All the noodle dishes that were supposed to be served with shrimps, had exactly 2 in each. The meat dishes tasted like bought sauces. The dimsum was thick and chewy and almost cold. The "mango shrimp" was cold. Apparently on purpose.
We asked for a second bottle of water and were told to order with the tablet, which we did. After 10 minutes of nobody bringing us the bottle, we asked the same waiter for it, so he put a third bottle on our tab and brought it.
If it were cheap I wouldn't even mind this, but it's 17 euros per customer, and the water is 2 euros for half a liter.
Never again, and nobody should gift them their money either.
Absolutely horrible.
Edit: after the very business savvy answer the owner has given me, I'll add that even 1.70 euros for 40gr of rice and 10gr of fish, is absolutely ridiculous, if it's summed together with half fried food and store bought sauces. I may be a client, but I am not unaware of how the AYCE business...
Read moreMade the mistake of not reading reviews before attending.
We had a group of 8 attend for a casual dinner in our last night in Milan.
Here are some of the highlights: sushi was not fresh lobster roll with only Prawns dim sums and dumplings were very hard and inedible
To top it all off, we asked first if the water was free, they agreed so we ordered a few bottles. When the water came, it was odd that the bottle was unsealed. I then checked the tablet and it showed 8 Euro worth of water (2 Euro each). During the meal, I explained that as this was not NEW Bottles, I wouldn't be paying for it which was agreed to by the nice enough waitress. Once we got to the end of the meal and time to pay, the owner was threatening to call the police as we did not want to pay for the water. They chased us outside and the female owner had the waitress translate that in ALL of Italy, they charge for tap water. (We have been in Italy for 10 days and not once has this happened to us. We have only paid for bottled and sealed water).
All in all, the experience was terrible and would not...
