Tentazioni — Restaurant in Naples

Hard to belive Italy could get pasta wrong but here we are. 1 pasta alla carbonara burnt, 1 Gnocchi overcooked and with what tasted like canned cheese, 1 partially burnt spaghetti pomodoro e basilico, 2 Risotto gamberi e zucchine with prawn that was cold. Sent the burnt pasta and the Risottos back and had some resistance. Got the dishes back heated up and re done. Pasta was still over cooked and we did not trust the sea food risotto as we did not want to risk food poisoning. The pasta all cost 5,30 Euro and was not worth it. Plus the overall dishes looked basically gross and definitely not...

I don’t even want to rate them 1 star cuz they really don’t deserve it. After ordering the foods, the cashier said “10 minutes and you will get your pasta”. I have waited for an hour, I went to the counter asked what was going on, the man just took my receipt away and told me to wait for 7 more minutes, and then he left, what the heck is wrong with them. I was without the receipt and fortunately I found the lady who I made my order to, she proved to her colleagues that I have made the order and told me to come back to my seat...

2 workers sitting behind the counter on their phones, had to speak up 3 times to get their attention

Asked about the 5 euro pasta (like 6 types to choose from), one by one they say they don't have... then take the big display down that says pasta!

What about just a cappuccino? Sorry the machine is broken... waste of time. Should be turned...
