Tutino e figli — Restaurant in Naples

Wow, what a conflicting feeling after leaving this place. The reason we went here, it was close to a parking lot. The pizza was really good here, no doubt, really good. Everything else is.... scary. The place feels mob run, like a shell business. No menus, no prices posted, and they kind of push their specials on you. After telling us the special, we all ordered pizzas that were not the special, they didn't seem happy with us after that point. Our first waiter spoke English. After we ordered, he never came back and this giant, intimidating dude took over our table. He didnt speak to us. He literally dropped our food in front of us. Near the end of our meal, and I am not making this up, he literally started clearing our plates while one of my friends was still eating, again, literally, taking the food out of his hand and removing his plate from the table. When he came back, he just had a piece of torn up paper that said '52' and as he slammed the paper on the table, he muttered the only words we heard him say so far. "Cinquantadue:" When I asked if they took credit cards, he roughly pronounced "No!" and stood over us until we produced 52 euros. Our party was four, we all had one beer each (Peroni) and one margarita pizza each. In Bari, I paid 3 Euros for the same meal. In Naples, I paid 13 Euros. Total rip off, very scary, we left there looking over our shoulders and scurrying out of sight as fast as we could. Only go here if you need a really crazy story to tell your friends back home. And again, the pizza was really good so...

Ci rechiamo qui per cena senza aver guardato su internet..a caso diciamo da turisti...Il cameriere ci fa accomodare e ci dice già che dobbiamo aspettare un po' perché c'è solo lui e i pizzaioli...Nel frattempo però anche gli altri tavoli si iniziano a lamentare perché non arriva la roba...va beh aspettiamo. Il nostro tavolo è li sporco , con i bicchieri usati di quelli prima . Arriva il tipo e ci ordina da bere in tanto...dopo quasi 20 Min ci porta da bere e gli facciamo notare che qui bisogna cambiare il coperto e i bicchieri sono usati....scocciato dice un'attimo ....ritorna e ci cambia tutto senza però pulire il tavolo sotto ...ci mette due tovagliette con scritto ristorante tutino di Alessandro e figli ...ma adesso ha un altro nome ??!! Boh!! Ordiniamo un tagliere di formaggi con insalata e una pizza ..dopo poco torna dicendo che nn può fare quella pizza non ha gli ingredienti e non ci sono i formaggi...va bene allora cambiamo pizza e in alternativa mi dice che mi porta una mozzarella e ricotta con prosciutto ...va bene diciamo tanto è tardi ormai e abbiamo fame . Intanto i vicini scossano la testa perché il cameriere o titolare non è capace e fa figuracce di continuo anche con gli altri. Cmq il servizio era lentissimo , ci dice che è così perché quelli di glovo hanno la precedenza e sono troppi e si fa fatica . Intanto lui ogni tre per due si fuma sigarette senza lavarsi le mani va nei tavoli tranquillo o perde tempo in giro per il locale ..Veramente uno scempio!!! Una cosa così mai vista!! Vedo una scena bruttissima , il tipo porta un piatto di pasta a una signora inglese e lei dice che nn era quello che voleva ...lui si arrabbia e gli dice adesso mo te lo mangi urlando!! Che cafone!!! E se ne va ... veramente una pessima serata!! Arrivano i nostri piatti ..la pizza cosa volete non era malaccio e la bufala si mangiava ... c'è solo un piccolo problema mi ha portato l'insalata già condita con tanto sale e olio ...io non ho mai visto che ti portano un insalata già condita !!! Non siete a posto!!! basta chediamo il conto... ovviamente non gli va internet e lo dice a tutta la sala...nessuno scontrino secondo me quella sera è stato fatto...va beh 😃 non ci andate c'è sicuramente...

We went there cause it was close from the port of Naples ... The service wasn't that bad to be fair ... The pasta we had was quite nice and cooked to perfection. The worst came after. The limoncello glasses we had were full of grease and the coffee was burnt. They didn't accepted card and so I had to go the closest ATM machine. I did my maths and our bill should've been around 30€. When I went up to pay I got surrounded by 4 fellas and they told me the bill was 45€ and that didn't included tip. So I had to leave them a 50€ note. Worst kind of people I've met. Looked like they were runned by the Mob ... Don't go in there. They will rob you. Honestly hope this place closes down for lack...
