It is not just a "trattoria" as meant in Italian, it is a lot more! They offer you a small menu, but of excellent selected and of high quality products. They offer a selection of traditional dishes like "carbonara" or "amatriciana", however, what surprised me what the rest of the menu, very particular dishes, it's like a fusion of tradition and modern cuisine! Fantastic selection of local and Italian wine, we had a very good Orvieto wine, light and incredibly matching with our fish plates. The place is very small, but cozy, only 5/6 tables inside and maybe 10 more outside, in the terrace. The view faces a side of the Duomo and part of some private house gardens, not special, anyway nice. Staff was attentive and very kind. Service super efficient. We were the only ones in on a random December Sunday, and the service and food were fantastic. It was all beautifully served and presented, and tasted delicious. It was a standard worthy of a Michelin star, but for a reasonable price. Everyone else eating there was Italian too - another recommendation. I would definitely recommend a meal there...
