Questo bar-enoteca, la cui storia è ormai decennale, è situato proprio verso le porte del vecchio ghetto di Padova. Il locale è tra i più spaziosi tra quelli dispersi per queste viuzze, tanto che d'inverno, ha un affluenza inimmaginabile; ma d'altronde anche solo per la clara fama degli Americani qui preparati bisognerebbe sostare per una bevuta. I gestori sono professionisti della materia e trapela spesso la passione che hanno per queste perniciose e irresistibili bevande ( se come me conoscete più o meno solo la differenza tra vino bianco e vino rosso, penderete dalle loro labbra). Lo staff segue a ruota, si vede che la macchina è ben rodata e infatti il clima è veramente piacevole. I vini cambiano quasi settimanalmente mentre la selezione di amari e grappe, anche di distillerie di nicchia, corona tutto...
