Conti’s — Restaurant in Palermo

La nostra esperienza in questo ristorante è stata estremamente negativa. Il cibo, pur essendo nella media, non ha potuto compensare i numerosi problemi riscontrati. La pulizia era praticamente inesistente: la griglia e la cucina erano in condizioni pietose, norme igieniche del locale assenti.

Il personale di sala, se così si può definire, era scortese, maleducato e totalmente privo di professionalità. L’unica eccezione è stata un giovane di colore e un ragazzo tatuato, che almeno hanno mostrato un minimo di educazione. Purtroppo, non si può dire lo stesso della ragazza in sala, il cui comportamento è stato assolutamente inaccettabile.

Il conto finale, 152 euro, è stato spropositato rispetto a ciò che abbiamo ricevuto. Ci hanno servito del vino in una bottiglia già aperta e ci hanno fatto pagare 25 euro per una pasta ai ricci di mare, un fuori menù, quando tutte le altre paste in lista costavano intorno ai 10 euro. Questa cifra è semplicemente assurda, considerando che un chilo di ricci, anche se di ottima qualità, costa tra i 20 e i 40 euro. Nel nostro piatto, di ricci ce n’erano forse 40 grammi, rendendo il prezzo un vero e proprio furto.

Ci si aspetta di pagare per quello che si mangia, ma qui tutto è stato esageratamente caro per la qualità offerta. Inoltre, ci è stato addebitato un coperto di 2 euro a persona, che per legge deve essere chiaramente indicato nel menù. Questo obbligo non è stato rispettato, e la cosa risulta ancora più inaccettabile considerando la scarsa qualità di bicchieri e posate utilizzati.

Quando abbiamo chiesto con cosa fosse fatto il pane con la meusa, la risposta è stata semplicemente “con la milza”, senza nessuna ulteriore spiegazione, evidenziando una completa mancanza di attenzione.

Alla nostra richiesta di chiarimenti sul conto, il personale ha reagito con arroganza, sostenendo di non rubare ai clienti perché fanno 300 coperti al giorno. Alla mia richiesta di un regolare scontrino, mi è stato risposto che avrei dovuto richiederlo io esplicitamente, cosa del tutto inaccettabile per un locale che si dichiara onesto.

Infine, la ragazza in sala ha concluso la discussione con dicendo: “lascia stare zio chist è scem”, dimostrando la totale persona irrispettosa e maleducata che era.

Absolutely horrible place. I ordered grilled shrimp and grilled vegetables. The vegetables were drowning in oil; they had been cooked earlier and just laid on the table. The shrimp were overcooked and tasted like paper. It seemed like they were prepared early and just reheated on the grill for appearance.

Additionally, they charged us 6 euros for two 0.5-liter bottles of water. After my complaints and recalculations, the final bill was reduced by the cost of the service (coperto).

My advice is to check the price of beverages and the cooking procedures in such places.

Overcharged us on purpuse. It's a scam.

They gave us no ticket, just a handwritten list of ítems with no prices. We payed and then started making the numbers in our heads, it didnt add up. Because of our suspision, the waiter came back and handwrote the list with the "prices" and the math did'nt add up still, so they had to refund us 4 eus. But then when we left we even realized the list the waiter had given us had different prices than the menu!! Caponata said 5 eus and when she write it to me when trying to Review the number she wrote 6. She did that with all the dishes... Inflating the cost. We we're litterally scammed.
