I specifically went into this cafe figuring they would have wifi as I had just arrived in town & needed to book my hotel. Before ordering, I asked the waiter to confirm the wifi worked & he said it did & told me the password. I proceeded to order a cappuccino & then attempted to log in while I waited my coffee & the menu (for lunch) to be given to me. I immediately got a “inaccessible” error and told him about it as he served my coffee. His comment angrily was “I’m not a technician”. I had my cappuccino & asked for the bill as I needed to go to a place with wifi. He handed me my bill of $2.90 + 1.00 euro for “service”!! Are you kidding me - hire some people that are nice & friendly to tourists. It will help your business Immensely.

Fantastic! It is a "must go" for the best seafood. Service is quick, friendly and efficient. Food is well presented and flavorful. Ambience. Is taverna style. Very popular makes reservations a requirement. Mixed seafood appetizer in a light broth was nicely portioned with shrimp, clams, octopus, squid, and mussels made a great start. Pasta with a sea urchin sauce was a creamy delight. The grilled octopus on a bed of marinated grilled eggplants was a nice finish. By the lunchtime crowd it looks like Palermo agrees.

We chose to stop over because it was a bit quieter compared to all the places in the area and based on the good reviews seen here. Food needs improving because if that’s their egg avocado toast then I don’t want to eat it ever again. My ham & cheese toaster was slightly burnt and the chips were over cooked. We asked to pay milk on the side for our coffee and we got a mug full of regular milk for which we were charged €2.50 put down as a latte. Coffee wasn’t great either. Decent service, despite the milk mishap.

Tasty food and drinks, fast service, super friendly and open-minded staff who remember and appreciate regulars (and the feeling is mutual) :) The best place in town where you can get a cappuccino and other international coffees in size and taste exactly as it is in the original - any time of the day (without getting weird looks). A great choice of beverages, and of course they have all authentic Italian coffees alright. Tasty and fresh ingredients, well-cooked American snacks, burgers and tasty boxes, interesting and delicious Italian versions of burgers as well with authentic local ingredients. The place respects the taste and traditions of international dishes and beverages, while adding and promoting (but not mixing) the local ones. Whatever you are after, this place is a must-visit.

It has a great location, fast service and work-friendly areas (electric sockets, tables and free WiFi), which makes it very convenient to drop by for a quick take-away, a lunch/coffee break, or a work session for digital nomads - whether you have some time to spare or are running tight on schedule. I come there often for all of the above and have never been disappointed. So here...

Absolutely terrible experience. The food was awful it was clearly frozen and tasted bland and lifeless. You could tell from the texture and flavor that nothing was fresh. To make it worse, they refused to make any modifications to the dishes, which is ridiculous. The dough (probably used for pizza or bread) was rubbery and heavy, just bad quality all around even the cutlery was dirty! The service? Zero stars. The waiter looked like he didn’t want to be there and seemed visibly annoyed anytime we asked a question or made a simple request. His attitude alone was enough to ruin the entire atmosphere. We walked out feeling frustrated and disappointed Definitely not coming back and I’d recommend others stay far away. There are too many great places out there to waste time and money here....

3 of us got in to the restaurant and ordered food at the counter. More than half of the restaurant was empty with loads of vacant tables both outdoors and indoors. We tried to settle down on 2tables together with 4chairs as we are 3 with backpacks. Immediately a staff, he (with glasses) came to me and told me I can’t sit on this table because we have only 3 people and this table is for 4 people. Food was good and all the other staff members were very nice and friendly. We were about to leave with some food left offer on the table. The same staff at the beginning, just came to our table, said nothing and cleared everything without asking if we are finished or not. Atmosphere and food are good but with this service and attitude we are not coming back and we will not recommend,...
