Since we were a large group, there was some confusion regarding taking and placing orders, and one of my friends had to remind her order. Coffee spilled on me during service. It's the okay, accidents can happen all the time. This is not an issue. The service staff has already apologized. However, as a matter of courtesy, in such cases, at least in my country, the manager would also ask if I was okay and if they could do anything for me. We have entered the shop a couple of times for a coffee or a biscuit for the kids (last time was last Friday, for me the very last time), but we've never ever had a smile or a nice word. They don't consider small children and would not talk to them for any reason, if the kids ask questions, they look at us annoyed. They make us wait for a long time before they even ask what we would like to have, even if they're not doing anything.
