Recently discovered this new restaurant on a trip to Palermo! I had arrived in Palermo the day I came here in the evening, and walked by the restaurant during lunch time. The pizzas looked great so I decided to have a look at reviews online, realising there were not many so the restaurant must be new! I decided to come by for dinner, and was not disappointed! Granted I was the only person in the restaurant at the time, but the staff were all lovely and the pizza was glorious. Excellent crust with a medium level crunch and lovely fluffy dough inside. The ratio of cheese to tomato sauce was perfect, was the sauce was the perfect balance of acidity to sweetness. The pizza also had a reasonable structural integrity to pick up a slice (not quite neapolitan style, but definitely not a problem)! It was also very reasonably priced. This is probably one of the top 5 pizzas I have had in my life, and I am quite the pizza enthusiast! I'd highly recommend coming here for glorious pizza complete with...
Grandissimi, ottimo lavoro!
We were served by a waiter with glasses. To our question about what was in a cocktail, we were told that he did not know and that you normally look up the ingredients on the Internet. After that he very nicely asked us, "How can you get a cockatil if you don't know what it looks like?" To which, stunned, we replied that we wanted to know the ingredients precisely because we wanted to understand what it was and whether we might like it. I work in the same industry and would NEVER dream of giving such an answer to a customer. Aperol quite bland. I can't talk about the food because we didn't eat, nor the ambiance because we were the only busy table in the room....

The food was AMAZING and the pizza wins an Oscar for sure. Don't forget to order a desert for a...
