Terzo Cerchio Gelateria — Restaurant in Palermo

If I will be the owner of this ice cream shop I would never have as shop assistants the 2 girls that were working there tonight. They were treating people badly, laughing about an old man who was not Italian and did not know how to pronounce the flavour, making bad gestures and fun of customers…basically treating customers like the rubbish there’s across the whole city and it seems it is also in their mind. Try to avoid the place if you see 2 female with blue eyes that believe they are experts in selling average ice creams, looks like they cannot do much more with their lives because of the way they treat people. Ice cream were ok, not the best. But I felt cheated out of the proper portion because the staff used a smaller scoop than the ones they normally used. I believe this is because I am a tourist because 3 Italian ladies next to me had smaller ice cream but same amount compare to mine. When I questioned why she used smaller scoop then she said it’s because the cone would cracked and it’s easier to do it that way. What a stupid explanation. I should have walked away. When I was about to pay instead of £4.50 they tried to charged me £7.50 because they thought I was paying for someone else too. Not...

Parto dal fatto che il gelato esposto in vetrina non fa' per nulla vetrina anzi!! Ho provato gelsi che sapeva di acqua miscelata con il latte colorata di gelsi!! Forse per il turismo sarà ottimo mah per intenditore il gelato è molto mediocre!!! Punto numero due il prezzo, mah chi gestisce questa catena poiché presenta un paio di gelaterie a Palermo si rende conto di dei prezzi che fa' per un gelato mediocre!!! 4,20 una brioche con gelato e panna !!! Una pura follia , considerando il fatto che non offre un servizio a tavolo ( tre miseri tavoli all'esterno) penso che a Palermo ad oggi non avevo ancora sentito dire che una brioche costa 4,20 euro !! Spero per il bene dei dipendenti che il responsabile vi dia una paga degna dei prezzi che offre nelle sue gelaterie, ( tredicesima/quattordicesima/ un mese di ferie pagate/ giornata rossa maggiorata/ straordinario/ malattia ecc ecc ) perché altrimenti fareste bene a denunciarlo subìto!! Visto il danno psicologico che vi crea a voi dipendenti nel ricevere insulti dai clienti per i prezzi , non giustificati attenzione!!! Mah pagare una brioche gelato con panna 4,20 è da suicidio!!! Non vi fermate andate un cento metri più avanti per gustarvi un gelato superiore ad un prezzo giusto !!!...
