A small, cozy place with a rather unusual setup: the kitchen is right at the entrance, and everything — cooking, serving, even pouring the wine — is done by one person. This might sound chaotic, but it actually adds to the charm.
The owner (and chef, and waiter) treats guests like family, with a very personal and humorous touch. Service was understandably not fast, but the atmosphere was relaxed and intimate, which suited our date night perfectly.
The food was excellent and quite innovative. My wife had a “shrimp mojito” which was a fun twist, and I started with raw scallops. We both enjoyed the asparagus carbonara, but the highlight for me was the tuna steak — probably the best I’ve ever had. With three glasses of wine, the total bill came to 110 euros, which we found reasonable given the quality and overall experience.

I would recommend people to stop at Pavia just for this place. Everything is fresh and home made and the style of the dishes is fusion so Italian with a twist and it works out great!
The owner did everything by himself the evening we came. He is the chef, server and can tell you so passionate about the dishes for the evening.
We took the 4 courses and we where already a bit full after the second one because the portion are good, but after the second course the chef asked us if we wanted more, but the food was so good that we wanted more just to experience the other dishes.
