Ristorante Dalla Bianca — Restaurant in Perugia

If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. We arrived here at 7:00 p.m. and they refused to seat us because they said they were fully booked because of reservations. When we asked if we could take food away, they almost tried to dissuade us from ordering takeout. We still ordered since our 4 year old son was really hungry and really wanted pasta and so we hung around waiting for our food to be ready. In the 20 minutes we spent waiting for our food, they proceeded to seat two pairs of diners who didn't have reservations when they could have easily made room for us. On top of all of that, once we got home and ate the food the penne all'arrabiata was mediocre at best. Dry, undercooked, and tasteless. I had also asked if the tris bruschetta was vegetarian and while they said yes one of the bruschetta had meat. I would not recommend this...

One of the best meals I’ve had. Ever. So disappointed we didn’t have a chance to return for a second meal. Everything was so lovely and delicious. The Grechetto is the best I’ve had. I will be thinking about this meal for a while to come. Worth returning to perugia just for this restaurant. If this place is eventually Michelin starred I wouldn’t be surprised although then it might be even harder to get a reservation. The service was wonderful. Food absolutely perfectly seasoned and cooked. Quality outstanding. We were in Italy for a month (our 3rd time visiting) and have eaten at many places. Oggi 8 marzo (Festa della donna ),è stata per me un bellissima giornata, sono andata al Ristorante Dalla Bianca....per festeggiare anche il compleanno di mio marito....Erano molti anni che non andavo più lì dopo il mio pensionamento....lo conoscevo perché con le mie ex colleghe di lavoro spesso andavamo li....Mitica Bianca!!!! Si affacciava con il suo cappellino bianco da un piccolo oblò e si vedeva indaffarata tra i fornelli assieme alla figlia...e un profumo intenso di odori arrivavano fino ai tavoli....La storia continua ormai da 70 anni...da generazione a generazione sempre con professionalità e cortesia ....Cibi che dire ...ottimi e cucinati con i vecchi metodi... sono il biglietto da visita per questo Ristotante ,dal gusto e sapore delicato soprattutto fresco,porzioni per me più che abbondanti...Oggi c'era il pesce,che io adoro...sono sincera....era freschissimo....alla griglia!!! Si vede che cucinano con amore e passione.....Il personale svelto e accorto al servizio tavoli...bravissimi e pure simpatici...Alla signora Evelina posso solo dire complimenti!!!Ha raccolto i frutti della mamma e questo le fa onore...Brava e grazie della cortesia che ci ha riservato...A dimenticavo...un grazie anche da mio figlio che domenica con un gruppo di suoi amici era stato lì....anche lui per festeggiare il compleanno suo e di un amico...Non Comment anche loro mangiato "benissimo!!!"Tornerò presto....perché ho saputo che fa il baccalà no buono di più....A presto!!!
