Smooth Centro Storico — Local services in Perugia

I came in the store to find a Stussy shirt, I stepped in the store and nobody acknowledged me or asked me if I was okay, which I expected but I think my expectations were too high since I’m used to UK’s costumer service. Small store, 2 guys were re-stocking the shop and I decided to go further down the shop since I didn’t want to block the entrance, a lady finally says Hello to me with a pissed and upset face, my wife sees a jacket and asks if she can go to have a close look at it but the lady with a even more pissed face raises her hands and says no to her, after this lovely treatment we felt very uncomfortable and upset, a guy saw our reaction and with a sad face said to us “Don’t worry about her if you need something let me know”. I informed the guys that we went there especially to buy a Stussy shirt but after that we would’ve ordered one online from another shop. Italian costumer service, in my opinion, is the worst in the world, pissed faces, the way the talk to you, the way they approach you is unbelievable, they don’t smile, they don’t seem happy to work. anyway I recommend the other shop in Perugia centro, lovely people and nice stuff, don’t even bother to come...

Esperienza pessima presso Smooth. Appena entrati nel negozio, la signora anziana presente (una dipendente evidentemente poco adatta al contatto col pubblico) non si è minimamente degnata di guardarci né tantomeno di salutarci. Quando le abbiamo rivolto un semplice “buongiorno”, la risposta è stata un secco e maleducato: “che volete?”, seguito addirittura da una risata in faccia ai clienti.

Un atteggiamento totalmente irrispettoso e inaccettabile. È incredibile come certi comportamenti vengano ancora tollerati: persone così non solo rovinano l’immagine del punto vendita, ma fanno anche passare la voglia di tornarci. Un minimo di cortesia e professionalità dovrebbe essere il requisito base per chi lavora a contatto con il pubblico. Gente del genere andrebbe semplicemente allontanata dal ruolo...

Commessa di una certa età, spocchiosa, arrogante con quel fare scocciato, dopo che tu hai chiesto con molta calma, una maglia particolare ti risponde con quel fare da puzza sotto il naso, che ti fa passare la voglia nonostante il negozio stupendo di comprare 300€ di roba… Molto più cordiale ed educata la sua collega più giovane. Peccato non essere stata servita da lei in quanto impegnata, spero vivamente che la signora più grande impari ad essere più gentile ed educata con il cliente..
