The service here is awful! We did not get the opportunity to order and had to wait for so long. They were busy taking customers that was ordering drinks, and did not take time for the other customers. Asked an employee to order from the cashier, but she refused. She told me that the “waitress” had to take my order, by the table. However, she was busy taking new coffee orders. Then I just had to ask by the cashier again for them to take my order (only one lasagna). This girl could have told her coworker to take my order when she saw that I was waiting. It has a dual entrance, one on Corso Italia and the other on a quiet little square, with tables, chairs, and umbrellas where you can relax and enjoy your order in complete comfort.

Would put 0 stars if that was an option! Horrible, rude lady on the bar. I initially said ciao, which she just ignored me. I then started to order and she began shouting at me in Italian, I asked if she spoke English and she continued to shout at me in Italian. I understand, I should speak Italian in Italy, but I was ordering what I saw on the menu which was in English.
