My dad and I stopped here just by chance on a recent trip to Pisa. The wonderful woman behind the bar was so accommodating and warm and kind! I asked for my spritza to be made a certain way and she had no problem. We ordered a couple of waters and she gave us some potato chips and peanuts. Lovely little place with some tables in the back room. Whenever there is a pisan feast, you can be sure that Viavai will participate by offering some good music and a nice meeting place. There is always movement here, cause they are really nice and caring, serve good drinks and offer one of the best aperitivi of the city. Ask for it and try...

The cocktail drinks are also well presented and the irish coffee is just a great way to end the wonderful experience in Viavai cafe. Very close to the city center and easy to reach. Lokal znajduję się w ładnym i klimatycznym miejscu, jednak jedzenie jest niesmaczne. Zdecydowanie odradzam zamawiane Torre i Tagliare. Spalona lasagna, zimne i niedobre makarony, stara foccacie, odmrożona burata, 4 plastry wędliny i jeden kawałek sera. Nie polecam, wino ok, ale nic poza tym :( na pytanie w stronę obsługi na temat jedzenia, obsługa zaczęła nas unikać. Odradzam zamawiania tutaj jedzenia :( po ponownym zapytaniu się obsługi, kelner przyszedł do nas i powiedział, że pytał szefa po czym powiedział nam, że musi zadzwonić do szefa i byłyśmy zmuszone zapłacić 100% ceny pomimo tego, że nie tknęłyśmy jedzenia
