The food was a disappointment. My tagliolini with buratta, shrimps and pistacchio had No taste, and looked like it was’nt made from good quality ingridients. My boyfriend ordered pizza Pisa and it was too salty to the level it was hard to eat. Also pizza dough was dry. If it comes to drinks, they were nice, especially beer from the bottle- the restaurant had no influence on its taste. Plus for beer being cold. My Aperol spritz, was’nt actually spritz because it had no bubbles, probably prossecco that restaurant had used was open for too long or they are using water for this drink. We wanted to have a nice evening with good food but it was’nt possible in this restaurant. Bad experience for high prices, which doesnt match with good quality, and taste. Also if it comes to service. The waiter who was taking order from us was nice and ok, but we dont know why when we wanted to pay, in this moment came to us waitress with terminal, she couldnt speak english so we havent understand each other. She said something in italian and came back to the inside of the restaurant, we didn’t understand the situation and waited for her, but when i looked behind my back she was talking and having fun with other people from the personel, our earlier waiter pointed our table to her and then she came back to us with terminal. I think its unnecessary to leave customer in this type of consternation and if you are offering a service to the table it should be a priority because its your work. People come to this type of restaurant for a reason and want to feel good all the evening and its really not hard to meet with that standard. Anyway other personel was good. Lastly a moment for atmosphere. Restaurant garden is really beautiful. Its nice to sit there and drink something. Its a pity that food is not good. Please change that. If you offer your customers good quality and tasty food it will be a...
Read moreThe restaurant has a very good location and a pleasant terrace. The staff is quick and tries hard to be friendly — and that’s where the positives end. The actual service turns out to be rather careless, with dirty dishes and empty bottles left on the table. Serving bread in a paper bag also doesn’t inspire much confidence. The food is very average in quality and definitely not worth the price. The ham with melon was completely dull and uninteresting — you might as well buy ham from a supermarket. The main course wasn’t bad, but certainly nothing special; the presentation felt more like a bar on the outskirts than a quality restaurant. Only the tiramisu lived up to expectations — it was genuinely tasty. Overall, the place is currently not worth...
Read moreaccidental find on our first night and it was late after the mandatory grocery shopping, but that nice young man still seated us. the outdoor dining area is lovely and well appointed - it is not on the street as typically in italy, but rather past of an lovely interior courtyard on the side of the building. service was courteous and prompt! and we ended up having a delicious dinner. the ravioli was one of the best i have ever had. and the house chianti was very nice too. the entree of beef cheek was tasty esp the side of red cabbage - could have been a bit warmer but we understand it was about closing time for the kitchen. i saw some other very delicious menu items and would like to return and...
